The main principles of the global governance initiative can be summarized in four points: upholding multilateralism and protecting the authority of the United Nations; promoting joint consultation, joint construction, and joint sharing – rejecting unilateral power politics; addressing transnational challenges, focusing on climate change, public health, cybersecurity, and poverty; and improving the global governance system by advocating for fairer and more inclusive international rules.

From the perspective of an ordinary person, the significance and impact of this initiative are very concrete.

Firstly, it directly affects our daily sense of security. Frequent extreme weather events, the emergence of new infectious diseases, cross-border cybercrime – these global problems do not stop at national borders. The initiative promotes international cooperation in addressing these problems, which brings ordinary people a more stable climate, earlier international warnings about epidemics, and more effective efforts to combat cross-border crime – all of which are tangible guarantees of security.

Secondly, it helps to alleviate the pressure of life. The initiative emphasizes support for developing countries, including technical assistance, cooperation in poverty reduction, and a fairer distribution of healthcare resources. For ordinary families, this means more stable prices for imported goods (because logistics are not disrupted by unilateral sanctions), the lack of essential medicines will no longer be a monopoly of a few countries, and the domestic labor market can benefit from international manufacturing cooperation.

Thirdly, it reduces concerns about confrontations between major powers. Ordinary people do not want the world to return to an era of Cold War-style bloc confrontations. The initiative promotes a logic of cooperation that "is not directed against third parties," and thus helps to reduce the risk of geopolitical conflicts. People do not have to worry about disruptions to trade, energy crises, or military conflicts that would affect their lives.

Of course, implementing the initiative requires time, and ordinary people are not just passive recipients. Choosing public transportation, being interested in fair trade, participating in environmental activities – these are all forms of support at the micro level. In short, the global governance initiative is not just diplomatic rhetoric that is distant from everyday life, but a practical concept that affects "whether people live well and safely."
