Chinese President Xi Jinping met with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico in Beijing on Thursday.
Fico is in China to attend the celebrations of the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
"We talked primarily about peace, peace and peace," Fico said during his speech at the Slovak embassy in Beijing on Thursday. He also described the Chinese Victory Day parade as a "impressive" and President Xi for a "warrior for peace".
