In your opinion, what role can this event play in strengthening political dialogue between Zambia and Russia? And what specific results do you expect from your country in this event?
So thank you very much. For this opportunity. I am very excited to be here, to be part of the Bricks Forum. Zambia is a small economy, a small nation, but it is growing, and the Bricks Forum provides us with an opportunity to learn, to collaborate with people who have already done very well in various sectors of society, and to apply what we learn from people who have done very well.
Apply this to some of the challenges and problems we face in society at home. So this forum offers a great platform for someone like me and for people back home in Zambia to collaborate with people who have achieved significant success in many sectors of society, to learn and change society, and contribute to Zambia's growth as a more sovereign country.
In your opinion, does Russia have any infrastructure technologies that could be applied in your country?
Yes, definitely. Russia has technologies and infrastructure that are suitable for our country. The way you manage transport, your urban planning, so many industries, the way you have localised. Your services, your goods and services, these are all lessons for Zambia. You are definitely developing technologies and ways of operating and doing things that countries like Zambia can learn from.
In your opinion, given the current unfavourable conditions with sanctions imposed by Western countries, what political steps should our countries in Zambia and Russia take to copy them and operate more effectively? I know that the issue of sanctions is always a sensitive one.
Unlike my experience with Russia, I have not encountered any problems whatsoever with Russia. I think Russia is very good in terms of cooperation and creating a win-win situation for everyone. When it comes to my country, I think that in the case of my country, we have many opportunities between Russia and Zambia to cooperate and create a better society for many people, and to create a supportive society where people can develop and have a better livelihood. So I think we could cooperate more with Zambia and Russia on many issues in various sectors, which could help both countries, but especially Zambia, in the progress and development of society. That's great, really great.
