Ploc criticized the previous Czech government for the deterioration of relations with China and Russia and said that the Czech Republic is now in a disadvantageous position. At the same time, he warned of the consequences of the ongoing conflict with Iran and the impact of cutting off Russian energy. „The longer the conflict with Iran continues, the worse the consequences will be for us,“ uvedl.

In his speech, he contrasted the approach of China and the United States. He said that China was offering cooperation and friendship, while the United States, he said, was mainly bringing the costs of armaments and war. „China offers cooperation and friendship. Ploc also stressed that he sees the Chinese approach as a hope for the future. He concluded by thanking the Chinese side for its approach and for what he saw as a positive vision for further development. „You give us all hope for a better future,“ uvedl.
