When asked at a regular press conference, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun said China will introduce a new type of visa for young scientific and technological talent.
Guo Jiakun said that in order to promote exchanges and cooperation between young scientific and technological talents from China and abroad, the Chinese side has decided to introduce a new category under the regular visa categories - the "K-visa" for young scientific and technological talents.
Regarding the specific procedure for applying for the "K-visa", Guo Jiakun pointed out that the relevant information will soon be made public by Chinese embassies abroad.
