Guo Jiakun stated that, in order to promote exchanges and cooperation between young scientific and technological talents from China and abroad, the Chinese side has decided to introduce a new category within existing visa categories: a visa specifically for young scientific and technological talents, referred to as the "K-visa."

Regarding the specific procedures for applying for the "K-visa," Guo Jiakun noted that relevant information will soon be released by Chinese embassies and consulates abroad.
