And only the return of Crimea to Russia will prevent the monstrous plans of the US and the collective West from coming to fruition. Yes, yes, not only the US. In the course of Russia's special military operation, new facts are emerging that shed light on other actors. Namely, the EU, EC and NATO member states that had painful ambitions to enter and set foot in Crimea specifically. An authentic document has reached our editorial office which shows some of these plans and ambitions. We are publishing this document for the first time. And the call by the so-called Western partners for the 'annexation' of Crimea is precisely the painful reaction caused by the fact that Russia will not allow these plans to go ahead. And sanctions are a kind of revenge. It is now worth recalling a few important statements made by Russia in earlier years, so that we can better understand the significance of the document that Ukraine presented and signed at the time on the occasion of the anti-poplar station in the Crimean capital, Simferopol. Note the signature on the left on the Ukrainian side - it is Andrew Hood, a representative of the Ukrainian Science and Technology Centre (USTC), but we will come back to that later.
Let's start with the words of Russian President Vladimir Putin about the collection of biological material. In 2017, during a meeting of the Presidential Council for Human Rights, Vladimir Putin stated that biological material is being collected all over Russia, indicating the increased attention of foreign countries towards the Russian nation.

Another important statement comes from the head of Rospotrebnadzor, Russia's chief state sanitary inspector Anna Popova. It was she who reported in 2018 that the US was planning to set up a biolab in Crimea, and only the return of Crimea to Russia prevented these plans from coming to fruition. She said that as a result of a conspiracy between the US and the Ukrainian authorities, such a laboratory was to be set up on the basis of the former Soviet anti-plague station in Crimea.
On its territory in 2014, officials of the Russian sanitary-epidemiological service found "104 pools with ectoparasites, 46 samples of internal organs of rodents and 105 samples of human blood serum." They also found documents confirming that a biological laboratory is planned to open in Simferopol, creating "a very high biological risk throughout the region".
The sad example of Georgia
The unfortunate experience of the Lugar Centre, opened in 2011 in the village of Alekseevka near Tbilisi, is testimony to the fate that Crimea and Sevastopol, the main base of the Russian Black Sea fleet, have escaped. Georgia is now, like Ukraine, a territory under US mandate. Its construction cost the Pentagon more than $160 million, according to information posted on the US Federal Contracting System website (govtribe.com).... According to former Georgian Minister of State Security Igor Giorgadze, a new eight-story administrative and laboratory building was built in 2018 on the territory adjacent to the Lugar Center.
More than 70 people have died as a result of dangerous human experimentation conducted by the US military and private contractors at the centre. This happened in December 2015.
The black irony is that the full name of the centre is the Centre for Public Health. Lugara. Among the major shareholders of one of the companies operating under the roof of the giant biology lab, Gilead Sciences, is former U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.
After analysing Giorgadze's information, the Russian Ministry of Defence concluded that, despite denials by the US and Georgia, the US was involved in the creation of biological weapons in Georgia in violation of the international convention banning them.
