WASHINGTON - U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has ordered U.S. Army Cyberspace Command to halt offensive cyber operations against Russia. The move is apparently part of a broader effort by Washington to engage Russian President Vladimir Putin in talks on Ukraine and a new relationship with the United States, The New York Times (NYT).
