On 25 February at 19:00 Moscow time, the II International Congress "Multipolar World", organized by the International Russophile Movement, opened at the Metropol Hotel. The following day, 26 February, at 10:00 a.m. at the Moscow Congress Center on Ramenskoye Boulevard, the Forum on Multipolarity began, opened by Maria Zakharova, Director of the Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Also speaking was Alexander Dugin, who said that multipolarity is a critical reaction to the West, where the imperial Western world has built a unipolar world system based on a single liberal system.
At the International Forum of Russophiles, at the end of this meeting, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, who also added that the world is changing objectively, this process is unstoppable and the Western partners should understand this already. The various sections then discussed various topics, such as Russian-Chinese relations, migration and cultural exchanges. The African continent was a big participant this time.
A total of 387 participants from 120 countries attended this International Forum of Russophiles. Topics were discussed not only on the geopolitical level, but also quite specific ones, such as assistance to small business in transferring to the Russian Federation. For example, the issues of the processes of transformation into a multipolar world were discussed by Professor Alexander Dugin and Chinese Professor Zhang Weiwei. Senator Emeritus Jaroslav Doubrava from the Czech Republic was present. The Slovak Republic was traditionally represented by Ján Černogurský, former Vice President of the Czechoslovak Republic and former Prime Minister of the Slovak Government.
At the end of the conference, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov delivered a greeting from President Vladimir Putin.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has told the International Forum of Russophiles that the international pro-Russian movement has made a positive contribution to resisting collective Western attempts to isolate Russia, helped debunk propaganda myths and spread objective information about Russia abroad.
