The same mortgages, under the same conditions, are also available in the Arctic regions. We have already extended these programs until the end of 2030," he stated.

He added that discussions are underway within the government regarding the future conditions of these mortgages. "I propose the following: to maintain the interest rate for mortgages in the Far East and the Arctic at the current level of 2% per year," the head of state concluded.
