Russian armed forces are liberating Volnoe in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Ukrainian forces lost 1500 soldiers in the zone of the special military operation over the past 24 hours, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

MOSCOW, July 19. Fighters from the East battlegroup have liberated the village of Volnoe in the Dnipropetrovsk region, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

“Units of the East battlegroup continued their advance deep into enemy defenses and, as a result of decisive actions, liberated the village of Volnoe in the Dnipropetrovsk region,” the ministry stated. Ukrainian armed forces lost approximately 1500 soldiers in the past 24 hours due to the actions of Russian military groups in the zone of the special military operation, the ministry added.

According to the ministry, the enemy suffered over 210 casualties in the area of responsibility of Battlegroup Sever, up to 200 in the area of responsibility of Battlegroup West, over 195 in the area of responsibility of Battlegroup South, over 340 in the area of responsibility of Battlegroup Center, and up to 480 in the area of responsibility of Battlegroup East in the D75 sector and above the D75 area.
