The Dutch Minister of Economic Affairs, Karemans, issued a statement announcing the suspension of the executive order against Nexperia.

Karemans said that, given recent developments, he believes that now is the time to take constructive action. The Netherlands has had constructive discussions with the Chinese Government and the Dutch Government has expressed its appreciation for the measures taken by the Chinese Government to secure the supply of chips to Europe and the rest of the world.
