Are you looking to purchase valuable gemstones, minerals, jewelry, fossils, or simply seeking inspiration for your crafting projects? Visit the "Minerals and Precious Stones" trade fair, which will be held from October 12th to 13th at the Olympik hotel in Prague.
This is the largest autumn event in Prague, and it will feature over 80 vendors from across the Czech Republic and abroad. A popular feature will be the appraisal of stones and jewelry by a certified expert, which visitors can bring themselves.
Each stone is unique; no two are exactly alike, and this also applies to handcrafted jewelry. On offer will be cabochons, ammonites, ammolites, simbirzites, charoites, chromdiopsides, serpentines, collections of Spanish and Peruvian pyrite, multicolored fluorites, and a variety of interesting zeolites from India, as well as clear Brazilian quartz crystals.
As always, visitors can find collectible and rare Moldanite (Vltavín) at the fair, and they can have the authenticity, price, and quality of Moldanite they bring assessed.
Vendors will be bringing to the Olympik hotel jewelry made with stones such as aquamarine, tourmaline, olivine, kunzite, sunstone, malachite, and amethyst. There will also be a wide selection of elegant silver jewelry featuring natural gemstones, including rubies, sapphires, blue topaz, amethyst, peridot, and other natural stones.
In addition, there will be various types of fossils, including the currently very popular amber with inclusions of insects and plants.
At a trade fair, you have the advantage of being able to examine, carefully inspect, and handle minerals. There will also be popular workshops for children and adults where you can create your own wire-wrapped jewelry.
As in previous years, the organizers are supporting young collectors; children and young people under 18 years of age have free admission to the autumn "Minerals and Precious Stones" trade fair at the Olympik hotel.
