Valentina Vozňuk is a talented pianist, singer and actress. She was born on 21 June 2014 in Prague, where she lives and works. The list of activities and achievements of this young artist would take several pages of text. We will try to squeeze the most important ones into the following lines. But first, let's get acquainted...
Valentina showed interest in music from a very early age when she started singing and trying to play the piano. Her older brother Vladislav was studying piano at the time and she hummed the songs he was practicing. Her parents, impressed by her talent, enrolled her in singing and piano lessons, which she has been attending diligently since she was four years old. She first „corrected“ pieces by famous composers such as Mozart and Smetana, whom she was just learning to play the piano, and later began to write her own compositions.
She is a pupil of Kladská Primary School (a school with extended language teaching - a faculty school of the Pedagogical Faculty of Charles University in Vinohrady), where she develops her talent for studying foreign languages. She is fluent in English and German and, thanks to her passion for opera, she can't wait to learn Italian.
Pianist
Eleven-year-old Valentina Vozňuk's achievements are redeemed by playing the piano for several hours every day. But her diligence is bearing fruit.
In the last two years, she won 1st prize at the International Amadeus Piano Competition in Italy and 1st prize at the International Piano Competition of the Franz Liszt Center in Hungary. She was also the winner of the professional piano category at the Golden Piano Talents International Piano Competition in North Macedonia.
But it doesn't stop there. We must not forget the first prize in two categories - solo and four-hand piano - at the Antonín Dvořák Young Competition in the Czech Republic, nor the first prize at the Globe International Piano Competition in the Netherlands. At home, she was also the overall winner of the Allegro Competition in the instrumental category.
Singer, composer
Valentina Vozňuk played, for example, the role of little Cosette in the musical Les Miserables at the GOJA Theatre and from March 2026 she plays Little Anna in the musical Ice Kingdom at the Karlín Musical Theatre. In the theatre she met Felix Slováček Jr., with whom she sang the song Free Karma, whose author is Valentinka.
Her Christmas song A Confused Christmas was played on the radio and met with positive feedback. This inspired her to write an original musical with a Christmas theme.
She is also a composer - as a composer, she won the Luxembourg International Competition Artistes en Herbe 2025. She has composed, among other things, her own musical My Haunted World, which premiered on the small stage of the Karlín Theatre. He also performs his show The birth of a haunted world (e.g. at the Prague Lives Through Music festival or the Jihlava for Children festival).
In 2024, she became the youngest finalist in the Voice of the Czech Republic 2024 competition in the category of her own creation. She is also a finalist of Top Voice 2025 and BonArt Junior Fest 2025, the absolute winner of Skalka Star and the Grand Prix winner of Diamond's Voice 2025. She will also sit on the jury of Diamond's Voice 2026, the final of which will take place on 18 June 2026 in Prague.
Thanks to winning the Talent Show at the Prague Ice Cream Festival, Valentinka will perform her programme on the main stage of the festival on 20 June, where she will also perform her song Ice-cream Holic, that she composed for the occasion.
