BEIJING - An article by Xi Jinping (Xi Jinping), General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, on behalf of Development of new quality production forces according to local conditions will be published on November 16th.

The article by Xi Jinping, who is also China's president and chairman of the Central Military Commission, will be published in this year's Qiushi Journal No. 22, a major journal of the CCP.
