GUANGZHOU - The opening ceremony of the 15th National Games of the People's Republic of China took place in the evening of November 9th at the Olympic Sports Center in the city of Guangzhou. The General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, President of the People's Republic of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, Xi Jinping, attended the opening ceremony.
