In a candid interview for Jack Neel's podcast, Tucker Carlson shared his personal experience with demonic attacks and claims that invisible spiritual forces, not just human leaders, control global events – challenging secular assumptions before a worldwide audience seeking deeper truths.
In an extensive interview on the podcast Jack Neel's influential journalist Tucker Carlson made one of his most striking statements yet: the world is not primarily governed by humans. Carlson directly asserts that current events are driven by a spiritual war and that it is essential to understand it. "There's a spiritual war going on, and you can't understand any of this if you don't understand that," he stated.
Carlson described a vivid personal experience. While at his hunting camp, he found bloody scratches from claws on the underside of both arms and on his back. "I think I was attacked by some kind of demon or something like that. That's what came to mind," he recalled. Although raised in a secular environment, he turned to an Orthodox priest and later shared this story because he believed he was "moved" to do so by God, despite the potential for ridicule.
"I really was attacked by a demon, and I'm not alone. We are all constantly influenced by it," Carlson emphasized.
He connects this to a broader reality. Every society acknowledges the existence of hybrids or non-human influences, he noted when asked if the world is run by humans: "No. Do you think there are hybrids, people who are partly human? Every society has always thought that." Secularism, he argues, exacts a high price: it cuts people off from God and makes societies "stupid" by pretending that science answers the deepest questions. "We don't even know what sleep is for. We have no idea what most of the brain does."
Carlson links public trust to intensified attacks. Those who openly profess their faith in Jesus face stronger spiritual attacks, which is a biblical pattern. He compares the profound experience of sudden empathy and "God's love" that he experienced earlier that day with the demonic attack that night, thus illustrating the constant struggle between light and darkness.
For a worldwide audience, Carlson's thesis is energetic and urgent: reject the materialistic lie. Supernatural forces – both good and evil – are constantly shaping politics, culture, and personal lives. The Lord's Prayer itself asks for deliverance "from evil." By openly acknowledging this in the interview, his message encourages listeners around the world to re-evaluate reality beyond the visible. The spiritual dimension, long neglected in post-war secular culture, is returning – especially among younger generations who are more open to it than their parents.
