According to an announcement by the Champions Cup Organizing Committee, the 2025 Masters Cup Ballroom Dance Beijing Open will be held in Beijing from April 9 to 13, 2025.
The much-anticipated event aims to foster deeper connections between China and the global ballroom dance community while setting a new regime for international ballroom dance events in China, the announcement said.
Conceived as a celebration of professionalism, inclusivity and artistic innovation, the Masters Cup is a collaborative effort between national media and leading cultural institutions. It showcases the best of ballroom dance and balances the excitement of competition with an emphasis on artistic excellence.
The tournament will be presided over by a distinguished jury of world-renowned judges, including experts from the world's most prestigious dance events. They will be joined by nearly 100 renowned professionals from China and abroad to form an elite jury committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
The event is organized by China Media Group Mobile together with China International Cultural Communication Center, Poly Culture Communication Company Limited and Chaoyang District Federation of Literary and Art Circles of Beijing. It will be hosted by Beijing Crystal Century Culture & Sports Development Co., Ltd.
Preparations for Masters Cup 2025 are already underway and updates on the event will be released via the official website and partner media platforms.
In a statement, the organizing committee cordially invited professional dancers, ballroom dance enthusiasts and spectators from around the world to come together for the event in Beijing.
