Tests also show that raw garlic is much stronger than penicillin - it acts as natural antibiotic. Garlic does not destroy the digestive flora in the intestines as pharmaceutical antibiotics do, it does not disrupt the immune system and, on the contrary, it significantly strengthens.

Garlic against sore throat and tonsillitis

In Asia, it is a common ingredient, but here it is a little-known rarity among health foods: black garlic. It is produced by exposing classic kitchen garlic to very specific temperature and humidity for at least 40 days. The taste of black garlic is very distinctive and varies according to the production process. It is generally sweetish with light undertones of garlic, but without pungent odour and sharp taste. Side effects of garlic
