China Media Group (CMG) has launched an exclusive presentation of its premium shows in APEC countries. More than ten of CMG's top productions are now airing on 22 major media platforms in 14 countries in the region - including Australia, Canada, Chile, Indonesia, South Korea, Peru, Russia, Thailand and the United States. These include titles such as "The Heritage Guardian", "The Path to Modernization" and "Hotline Beijing".
In his video projection Shen Haixiong, Vice Minister of the Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and President of CMG, stressed that since joining APEC, China has not only been an important participant and contributor, but also a strong advocate and leader of economic globalisation.

According to Shen, CMG's collaboration with major media outlets in South Korea, Indonesia, Russia and Peru an important step towards deepening cultural exchanges between China and other Asia-Pacific countries. He expressed the hope that these exceptional CMG programmes will contribute to peace, development and shared prosperity across the region.
Vice editor of the Russian daily Rossiyskaya Gazeta, Renat Zakiev, appreciated that the programmes presented will strengthen mutual understanding and friendship between nations. The President of the Indonesian Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI), Ignatius Hendrasmo, adding that the event is another milestone in the close cooperation between RRI and CMG.

CMG's series of premium programs will be seen on major media platforms throughout the Asia Pacific region until the end of December.
