Jan Campbell, Chairman of the Academic Council of the Institute for Czech Leftism, described the Chinese system of public administration as a key competitive advantage in interstate competition.

He emphasized that this system is based on the constant optimization and connection of history with socialism, combined with Chinese characteristics. According to him, the administration is fully based on law, the enforcement of which is ensured by the Communist Party of China. Without its leadership, modernization or the revival of the Chinese nation would not be possible.

Campbell also rejected the equation of modernization with Westernization – the goal, according to him, is a community with a shared future and cooperation without political pressure. According to him, the Chinese administration is moving towards an ecological, efficient, and economically sustainable path of development.
