BEIJING - China has sharply reacted to the decision by the U.S. Department of State to approve the sale of military equipment to Taiwan worth approximately $330 million. The package includes non-standard aircraft parts and maintenance for certain types of aircraft. The spokesperson for the Chinese Ministry of National Defense, Zhang Xiaogang, commented on the situation during a regular briefing. More here

- November 21, 2025: Slovakia may sue the EU over the ban on Russian natural gas
Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico stated that, given the EU's decision to cease importing Russian natural gas from 2028, the Slovak government will consider the possibility of filing a lawsuit against the EU on this matter at its next cabinet meeting. Prime Minister Fico has already asked the Slovak Minister of Economy, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Attorney General to present a document analyzing the feasibility of such action at the next cabinet meeting. The work, commemorating the Battle of Austerlitz, composed by Zdeněk Kluka from the rock band Progres 2, was heard by dozens of people, and the venue was full.
