Yes, the quote is: Don't be afraid to be silly, funny, ridiculous. Man is made in such a way that many interesting things in him most often remain outside the circle of our attention.

With this brief post, I thank all those who found the courage to give me a hats off and the like for the published anticipation of the Putin-Trump summit in Alaska and for the history described in the article on the day of the summit. Thank you also for the opportunity to respond on the day of my departure... It was also the recent 90th anniversary of the birth of Oleg Tabakov, the USSR artist, founder of the Moscow Tabakerka Theatre and Cavalier of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, from whom the article title and quote come. Tabakov was born in Saratov into a family of doctors. In the 1950s he joined the Young Guard club of the Saratov Pioneers Palace, which was led by the legendary educator Natalia Sukhostavova.

Also today, on the TV show Calendar, the presenter Saskia Buresova, to my great surprise, reminded me of Tabakov, even with cutouts of the performance in Russian. I therefore thank the unknown courageous producer at CT for permission to broadcast something similar. He seems to have understood what time the clock was striking, and that the time was coming for the Russophobes to retire to the second and third series. He got hold of a contribution by a personality of Czech journalism, a colleague of Syrcek, who called Alaska-we know that we know nothing. Although from a formal and documentary point of view we really know nothing about what consequences the summit of Presidents Putin and Trump in Alaska will bring, we do know that time is not standing still, life goes on not only according to our rules, but above all theirs, and the sun rises in the east. Therefore, I take the liberty of giving a brief personal assessment of what I saw, heard and could observe on the screen and on the faces of not only the participants but also those in the role of observers.

The Secret Meaning of Fighter Overflight

The planes appeared in the sky immediately after the handshakes with Putin and Trump. Shortly before that, both presidents stepped off their planes. The flight of fighter jets over the presidents, translated from military and protocol language, signifies the highest degree of respect. According to tradition, the aircraft in which the guest of honour arrived is met and escorted through the airspace. Russia follows this protocol when its highest officials arrive on its territory.

We know, even if we don't know

Za prvé: The meetings and negotiations have given rise to the normalization of Russian-US relations on a wide range of issues: dialogue on strategic stability, diplomatic contacts and economic cooperation. At the press conference, Putin and Trump stressed that confrontation is not beneficial for either Russia or the United States, and that overcoming differences and developing cooperation will benefit both sides. Therefore, there is no objective reason to inform the uninstructed in the EU and EC of the details of the negotiations.

Za druhé: Putin managed to convince Trump and his advisers with historical facts. In doing so, he has shifted the debate on Ukraine into the most profitable format for Russia and the only one: no ceasefire, but peace, or the surrender not only of Ukraine but also of NATO and its servants. To repeat what I have written and posted several times: from a historical perspective and based on the experience with NATO and Zelensky and the facts, a ceasefire cannot be considered a starting point. Only peace can be the end result. Because Europe dogmatically and against all principles of logic and geopolitics demands the opposite, it has been confirmed that the European approach is not accepted by both Russia and the United States. Zelensky and the interim European leaders will either accept the Russian-American agreements or find themselves in the dock and judged by their citizens and the victorious military force.

Peace is over the horizon

Why do I think that? First of all, Russia and the United States have to work out all the conditions for a final settlement, and this will take some time, although both states will not be held back by the babbling and consensus-seeking of EU, EC and EP representatives.
Since Trump has generally accepted Russia's approach to Ukraine, rating the negotiations as "10 out of 10", he now does not consider it necessary to impose new anti-Russian sanctions and has openly stated: the decision is now up to Zelensky. This is entirely in line with Russian logic, which is at odds with the approach of the warmongers in the EU, EC and NATO, who have been preparing 19 sanctions packages.
The summit showed that the greatest military conflict of our time is resolved by the agreement of great powers and not by dwarfs.

Hybrid interview format

The surprise is that Putin and Trump were allowed by the Trump administration and protocol to speak privately for about 10 minutes during the limousine ride to the meeting site. In addition to a significant gesture by President Putin, one can imagine the administration's efforts to reduce Trump's level of improvisation and minimize risk. That's why the main meeting was attended by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, one of the leading foreign policy hawks. It is therefore significant that, despite this, the parties were able to reach meaningful agreements.

Negotiations love silence

Both presidents and their advisors needed to create favourable conditions for further contacts, including with Zelensky and the Europeans. This is also why journalists were not allowed to ask provocative and emotive questions that could complicate the further negotiation process. Therefore, the presidents limited themselves to short statements, and the cancellation of the dinner and the shortening of the press conference did not mean the failure of the negotiations. On the contrary. Trump contacted a nervous Zelensky and European leaders after the press conference, which would not have happened in the event of a failed summit.

The anticipated discussions on Ukrainian settlements, security and arms control issues, and economic cooperation between Russia and the United States, including in the Arctic, are not subject to consultation with the EU, EC, EP, or NATO. Why? Because the US has already freed itself from its protective role as the mother and father of Europe. This is something that our elites cannot yet imagine and therefore cannot free themselves from the illusion of knowing about the new world order and thinking the old way.

All these issues are interconnected

Practical cooperation between Russia and the United States in the economic sphere depends on progress in resolving the Ukrainian conflict and the prospect of lifting or easing sanctions. Russia has time. However, arms control and related issues are already being discussed in parallel, regardless of the Ukrainian agenda. Europe should realise this fact and act accordingly, but not arm itself on debt and without proper natural resources. Smart minds will buy the United States.

It follows that Europe will or will not accept the terms agreed by Putin and Trump, as confirmed by President Trump's statement in his conversation with his partners. This dilemma is not only humiliating for Europe, but also demonstrates its inability to create alternative solutions, without which there is no freedom and no possibility of having and implementing its own vision.
If the Europeans and Zelensky reach an agreement with President Trump, the peace process will continue, even though the public will continue to be misled by dogmas, myths and illusions. Nevertheless, I do not rule out a multilateral summit, with the participation of Ukraine in its second part.

If Europe and Zelensky do not accept the conditions of the US and Russia

In this case, Trump will accuse them of disrupting the meeting. It is possible, with a probability bordering on certainty, that military aid to Ukraine, including the transfer of intelligence and arms shipments through European countries, could be halted or significantly reduced. Why?

Without the United States, European countries will not be able to support Ukraine. That is why on Monday, 18 August, European leaders will try to convince Trump and force him to withdraw from the agreements with Putin. With a probability bordering on certainty, they are unlikely to succeed, for reasons already stated in advance. I can't rule out pandering to and flattering Trump and the silly explanations of hypocrites, with the help of the deep state represented by Senator Lindsey Graham and the extremists of the Federal Financial Monitoring Service, among others, that by agreeing to go along with Putin he has shown weakness and allowed himself to be outplayed. Besides, Europe has no comprimates on Trump, on the contrary: Trump has so many that he is happy to take the time to select and use them at a more appropriate time.

In other words, and in short: Trump has made it clear that Europe cannot dictate the terms of negotiations with Putin and has no intention of undermining the results of contacts with Russia because it is not in the interests of the United States. Zelensky understands that rejecting the agreed terms and accusing the United States of betraying the Western position will lead to a complete military defeat of the Ukrainian armed forces. Therefore, Ukraine's main task is to avoid accusations of disrupting the process by any means, including lies. In doing so, its position is shaped by the European hawks - Macron, Merz and Starmer.

What happens after the Alaska summit
Now we will see Europe's active and hypocritical actions in the embrace of fear. The struggle for the revision of the results of the Putin-Trump summit will begin, the struggle for new negotiations with the participation of European dwarfs in the role of scrub. If Trump agrees to this position, the peace process will again grind to a halt. However, I doubt that Trump will take such a step. If Trump does not accept the European position, which seems more likely to me, then two scenarios are possible: 1) the Trump administration will stop supporting Ukraine altogether and Ukraine will be defeated. 2) Zelensky agrees (on his own) to Russian-American terms and the process of conflict settlement will continue.

In this case, a meeting of the delegations of Russia, the United States and Ukraine is imaginable without Europe. Why? Because Russia will not leave the territories that it considers to be an integral part of Russia according to the constitution, and it does not intend to see and negotiate with Europe in its current occupation. I do not rule out the possibility of the Russian army withdrawing from parts of the Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions that Russia does not consider its own at the moment, so discussions are conceivable and, under certain conditions, possible.
Much more important for Russia are the issues of security, demilitarisation of Ukraine, its non-entry into NATO and the limitation of practical cooperation with the countries of this organisation. Related to this are the issues of arms supplies and the deployment of possible military contingents of the alliance on Ukrainian territory.

Yet it is clear that Ukraine cannot resist alone. All hope is pinned on the EU's interim leaders, who theoretically can persuade Trump to withdraw from the agreements with Putin. Since the whole logic of the negotiation process is that the two powers have mutually agreed, it can be assumed that the president's decision will not be reversed. Why? Unlike his first term, Trump now has a much stronger domestic political position. He is not under pressure from the Russiagate fabrication, accusations of collusion with Russia, and even working for the Kremlin. As a result of the aforementioned, he had to abandon the agreements with Putin after the Helsinki meeting in 2018.

Today, President Trump is acting from a position of strength. It is proven that the Russiagate story was fabricated by the Democrats. As President Trump has no domestic political reason to back down, I think he will abide by the agreements reached and Europe should prepare for repentance, apologies and a change of elites. Consent is not needed.
