Documentary project Taiwan Untangled, prepared by CMG in collaboration with George Galloway, Member of Parliament and leader of the Workers Party of Britain, focuses on the complex issue of Taiwan. The film explores in detail the historical background, the current situation and the prospects for the future development of relations between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait.
The aim of the documentary is to offer the audience a comprehensive view of Taiwan, to explain its strategic importance and how international actors, especially the United States and European countries, influence the island and its people. Emphasis is also placed on the voices of the younger generation in Taiwan, who view the future of the relationship with both realism and hope.
