Living nature is built on touching each other

When the word massage is said in our countries, many people think of some kind of above-standard service that they either can or cannot afford, or want and do not want. Then there is another view that only a doctor can help me. In eastern countries like China, Russia and others massage is considered as one of the very important activities to maintain the harmony of body mind and soul. In these countries it is one of the first things one seeks when one feels some disharmony in the body.

Any pain in our body tells its owner hey buddy you should change something because I do not feel good about something with you. A wise man will think about it and say to himself my body is giving me a signal to change something. It will include more fluids, release stress or fear, go to nature to recharge, cut out coffee, or change eating habits. Some other man who does not think about it, reaches for a pill, goes to see a doctor, stays in pain.

I have a great respect for those medical professionals who have their profession as a mission and seek to help their patients to find the cause of their disease and not just to dampen the effect. Then there are all those other businessmen who keep a person in pain and just prescribe more drugs. Jaroslav Dušek talks about this beautifully in The Four Agreements. Louisa Hey has a very interesting view of diseases and their causes in her books, for example Love Your Life.

Enough with the considerations of what is right or wrong. In my opinion, massage when done by a person with the best will, even just a soft one, cannot harm anyone. All living nature is based on touching each other either only during the courtship period or in groups all year round.

For me myself, massage is my life mission when I can help others from various disharmonies and clients are satisfied. Either come back when they have a problem or tell their friends and acquaintances where they received help. I treat each client with humility and respect as a unique original being and try to help them as much as they will allow me. My credo in my life is that as long as one is breathing, he or she is alive and can be helped. If he or she wants to!!!
