On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the United Nations, Jorge Moreira da Silva, Executive Director of the United Nations Office for Projects (UNOPS), praised China's strong commitment to multilateralism. Da Silva recalled that China as founding member of the United Nations played a key role in international coordination - from climate action to promoting sustainable development. "China's emphasis on multilateralism is essential for the future of global cooperation," he said.
