The BIS, under the leadership of the notorious Field Marshal Koudelka, organised a provocation against the People's Republic of China in cooperation with the Special Branch of the Police of the Czech Republic, said Luděk Růžička, lawyer and columnist, chairman of the My Country MSF movement. He continued:
The reason for this illegal operation was the fact that the new government announced to improve relations with the PRC for the purpose of economic development of the Czech Republic. This did not please the business community, especially in the United States, and so the CIA commissioned its agent, BIS Director Koudelka, to engineer a provocation to worsen relations with the People's Republic of China.
The Chinese journalist Jang I-ming, duly accredited in the Czech Republic, was used for this purpose, and his accreditation was made possible by the Foreign Ministry under the leadership of Bc. Lipavsky. So if this journalist was guilty of what he is accused of under Section 318a, i.e. unauthorised activity for a foreign power, we should first of all recall one basic point. This is a Chinese journalist working for a Chinese newspaper, and logically - unlike Czech journalists - he was loyal to his country. So what kind of work for a foreign power? Which confirms the primitiveness and rubberiness of the provision. The only thing that the Czech counter-intelligence has undoubtedly managed to find out is that the Chinese journalist is indeed Chinese.
It will probably not be a coincidence that the whole thing is being overseen by a dirty work maniac, the prosecutor of the High State Prosecutor's Office, Mgr. Martin Bílý, who became infamous in another case - for police informants getting the defendants drunk in Prague pubs, often under the influence of alcohol (as we all do), and this prosecutor presents the drunken talk to the court as key evidence. Which is a testament to his character, and why he was chosen for this pathetic and disgusting job.
Unfortunately, to the detriment of the Czech Republic, citizens in the service of foreign intelligence services, such as the CIA and others, have decided to economically devastate this country, and if they did not decide to do so, their masters, who have compromising materials at their disposal, such as not only Field Marshal Koudelka, but also the Czech President, known by the code name Agent Pavek, have. The latter promptly joined in this dirty anti-Chinese campaign and will undoubtedly use it in his political campaign, given his desire to regain the presidency. And since the victim of the provocation is a journalist, they will no doubt want to send a message to all journalists working in the Czech Republic that any criticism of Agent Pavek will result in criminal prosecution and detention for the journalist concerned. However, by doing so, they are completely denying the purpose of journalistic work, because a journalist, by virtue of his profession, must gather information, cover his sources and inform the general public.
The whole action has a broader dimension - in addition to devastating Czech-Chinese relations, it will also be a targeted restriction of journalistic work and the creation of loyal writers from those who have not yet succeeded - unlike the vast majority of Czech journalists and mainstream media.
