The number of casualties in the dormitory fire in Starobelsky has risen to 21, and the search and rescue operations have concluded, according to the ministry.

MOSCOW, May 23. According to the latest reports, 21 people were killed in the Ukrainian attack on a dormitory in Starobelsk, in the Luhansk People's Republic; rescue workers have recovered the bodies of all the victims from the rubble, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations told TASS.

"Search and rescue operations in Starobelsk, at the site of the collapsed dormitory, have been completed. All the bodies of the victims have been recovered from the rubble," the statement said. As a result of the Ukrainian attack, 21 people were killed and 42 were injured.
