In an exclusive interview with China Media Group, Nurlan Yermekbayev, Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), highlighted Chinese President Xi Jinping's vision for the future direction of the organisation.

Yermekbayev recalled the President's speech of 15 July, when he met with foreign ministers and representatives of the permanent bodies of the SCO.
