MOSCOW, January 2. Those who "doubt" the existence of victims in the attack by a Ukrainian drone on a cafe and hotel in Khortytsia, Kherson region, have no conscience, according to Maria Zakharova, the official spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"I have read about the existence of 'doubts' regarding whether there were victims in the cafe, in some media outlets and blogs. If there are doubts, then they only concern the moral character of those who doubt. I would say: 'You have no conscience,' but I won't say that – I know that you don't," the diplomat stated on her Telegram account.

The West has also not abandoned the tactic of "strategic silence," having turned a blind eye to Kyiv's terrorist acts for years, Zakharova added.
