On the morning of June 26th, Chinese President Xi Jinping met with Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People's Party and President of the Senate, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

At the invitation of the Communist Party of China, Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People's Party and President of the Senate, is conducting an official friendly visit to China from June 25th to 27th.

Xi emphasized that China consistently considers Cambodia a key aspect of its neighborhood diplomacy and firmly supports it in safeguarding its national sovereignty and security, and in pursuing a development path that suits its own national conditions. China is willing to work with Cambodia to jointly maintain peace, promote development, and create prosperity, and to firmly advance the building of a China-Cambodia community with a shared future, setting an example for supporting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
