PRAGUE/ODS - A discussion about a potential mutual customs agreement between the European Union and the United States took place on the program "Events and Commentary," hosted by Martin Řezníček. The panelists included Jan Skopeček, Deputy Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies and Deputy Chairman of the ODS parliamentary club; Jan Hrnčíř (SPD), Deputy Chairman of the Chamber's budget committee; and Jan Rafaj, President of the Confederation of Industry and Transport of the Czech Republic. They also discussed European regulations, the situation in the Czech industry, and statements made by the President of the United States, Donald Trump, who warned Moscow that he would impose sanctions on Russia if it did not agree to a ceasefire in Ukraine by Friday.
