Children are constantly exposed to Wi-Fi signals, they do their homework with their heads close to lamps with fluorescent tubes, they play with electronic toys, and they talk on the phone... It's no wonder they are more easily distracted, inattentive, aggressive, and more prone to illness.

In today's world, which is saturated with data signals and other forms of electromagnetic pollution (EMF), many health problems are increasing. Infertility is on the rise, and young children are developing allergies, eczema, and weakened immune systems and nervous systems due to Wi-Fi and electronic baby monitors.

Through years of measurements, I repeatedly see the consequences of EMF. The highest levels of electromagnetic fields (EMF) come primarily from household appliances. The measured values are often 100 times worse from a home Wi-Fi network compared to signals from outdoor transmitters, and even worse from cordless phones, baby monitors, energy-saving fluorescent lamps, and other lighting.

Let's learn the rules for minimizing the effects of EMF.

Some families wisely avoid areas with high-voltage power lines and mobile phone towers when choosing a place to live. However, they are often exposed to EMF from their own appliances, lighting, and, most importantly, Wi-Fi networks and mobile phones, even at night!

If we turn off Wi-Fi at least at night and eliminate cordless phones, we can significantly reduce our exposure.

Three to five percent of people are more sensitive to EMF and experience discomfort from Wi-Fi signals, headaches, and migraines. Other people are less sensitive to EMF, but even low levels of EMF can damage every living organism. This can lead to a deterioration in blood counts and a range of other negative effects.

It is not advisable to stay near cooling appliances. Refrigerators and freezers should not be placed directly behind walls where people sleep or spend extended periods. EMF can easily penetrate walls and ceilings.

Electric blankets and pads can cause sleep disturbances, headaches, heart problems, and feelings of anxiety and depression. They also pose an increased risk to pregnant women and their babies.

Lighting should be at least 1 meter away from where people sleep and work.

7 Recommendations for Protecting Yourself from Harmful EMF.

1. Do not place aquariums closer than 1 meter from the body, and especially not near children's beds. Even when the light is turned off, the air pump creates EMF, and the water surface amplifies it.

2. Cordless phones, especially those connected to a landline, emit very high levels of EMF. Until you completely disconnect them, you are constantly exposed. I recommend getting rid of these cordless phones.

3. When talking on the phone, it is recommended to use a headset and keep the mobile phone as far away from your head as possible. Manufacturers recommend keeping the phone at least 2 cm from the ear, but it's even better to keep it further away.

4. Children under 12 should use phones as little as possible, if at all. If you don't teach them to smoke or drink alcohol, don't teach them to constantly use phones either. Phone use can damage the brain. It is especially harmful to use a phone near a TV, electric lamps, or under high-voltage power lines, as this can cause interference and amplify the EMF signal.

5. Do not keep your mobile phone turned on in the bedroom, and especially not in children's rooms.

6. Do not buy metal beds or bed frames for yourself or your children. EMF from nearby outlets can be induced into the metal frame and spread throughout the bed.

7. Electronic "baby monitors" are very harmful, as they continuously emit EMF that is 5 times stronger than a mobile phone during a call.

Smartphones, in particular, constantly communicate with their base stations, check for updates, and data transmission is almost continuous. We may not feel it, but these strong electromagnetic impulses irritate our nervous system and disrupt the necessary nighttime regeneration, including the production of the important hormone melatonin. This also weakens our immune system. It is very wise to turn off Wi-Fi and your mobile phone, at least for the night. I repeatedly see in many families how the readings from devices indicate the levels of electromagnetic fields, and parents confirm frequent illnesses, allergies, and even more serious conditions, depending on how strong the electromagnetic fields were in which children slept and lived from a young age. If a baby is being monitored by a "baby monitor" and is lying near an electrical outlet, and there is a lamp near the crib, and a Wi-Fi signal in the apartment, the child's sensitive organism is heavily burdened. If the baby is sleeping in a geopathogenic zone, it can lead to bedwetting even at the age of 9. Geopathogenic zones create a more conductive environment, which amplifies the effects of electromagnetic fields on the child's sensitive organism. Therefore, I recommend having the presence of geopathogenic zones measured.
